Trusti’s systems enable both the certification of accredited wallets for transacting regulated products and the application of state of the art technology to identify fraudulent networks, helping financial institutions avoid engaging in illicit activity.

What They Do:

Transactions: With a Trusti wallet, transactors can have confidence with whom they are sending funds, for either corporate or private entity. Before completing the transaction the sender can check the true details of the recipient, which authorities have certified for each identity in question. Bad news for phishing and other fraudsters, great news for confidence in cryptocurrency transactions.

Regulation: While the tokenization of  assets into security tokens is seen as a core future direction of cryptocurrency, almost every legal jurisdiction mandates that persons exchanging such assets be identified and/or accredited by KYC regulation. Trusti allows regulatory bodies to certify the person behind the cryptocurrency wallet, including irrevocably attaching their status and eligibility to the address, finally enabling for the legal exchange of security tokens.

Securities: While the regulated securities infrastructure has shown a willingness to enable the exchange of blockchain assets, its pseudonymous nature has prevented adoption. Trusti enables regulators or exchanges to accredit the identities of those transacting security tokens and certify them for the exchange of assets on a specific platform. Additionally Trusti’s Terminal enables entities to track the source of funds and avoid interacting with money that comes from illicit sources such as hacking, ransom and other criminal endeavours.

Individuals: A secure wallet with identity management and protection from phishing attacks. Certification for security token compliance, such as age, licenses and residency.

Data: Identifying parties to the transaction of protected data, such as patient information. Trusti enables to transact data with confidence in the true identity of the recipient.

Enterprise: Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Ensuring corporate entities can comply with regulatory authorities by accurately identifying users and their accreditation.

Team:

Zachary Swerdlow (Chief Executive Officer): Zachary’s extensive entrepreneurial background has included corporate acquisitions for one of the United Arab Emirates major royal families, the founding of application marketing firm General Boost and in film production in Hollywood. Additionally Zachary was involved in the leadership of venture capital projects and a number of other technology projects in the US, Europe and Israel. Zachary used this combined experience to transition to blockchain technology in its nascent period, built and contributed to many projects which eventually led to the founding of Trusti, his latest major project.

Ronen Lahat (Chief Technology Officer): Prior to joining Trusti, Ronen held senior development positions at General Boost, Token Label and Cheap Travels. With vast experience in software development, Ronen was one of Israel’s early blockchain developers and has been writing Solidity scripts since soon after the launch of the Ethereum network. Ronen is considered an expert in blockchain development, smart-contract programming, iOS, as well as web development and is presently highly focused on the application of Kdb+ to Trusti’s Terminal. Ronen passes on his experience by lecturing programming classes in Tel Aviv.

Oliver Worth (Chief Operating Officer): Directly prior to joining Trusti, Oliver was head of operations at General Boost, a Tel Aviv based marketing firm. This followed a career in political communications where he worked on messaging, media relations and speech writing with Israel’s political leaders. Oliver served on the Board  of Directors of KKL, Israel’s biggest land owner with over $3bn in assets, including on its public relations and human resources sub-committees and has held senior positions in recruitment and fintech startups.
